Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o problematice odhalování domácího násilí páchaného na dětech a porovnává právní úpravu s praxí orgánu sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Dále vymezuje pojem domácího násilí a práva a povinnosti rodičů a dětí v souvislosti s domácím násilím. V této diplomové práci jsou vymezeny důsledky domácího násilí a instituty náhradní péče o týrané děti.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of detecting domestic violence against children and compares the legislation with the practice of the Social-Legal child protection authority. It also defines the concept of domestic violence and defines the rights and duties of parents and children in the context of domestic violence.
