Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá českými jazzovými bubeníky 20. století, jejich předchůdci a vývojem jazzu v Čechách i ve světě. Mapuje bubeníky působící v tehdejší Československé republice a některé zahraniční. Metodami výzkumu byly osobní zkušenosti s významnými českými hudebníky a sledování uměleckého působení českých bubeníků napříč významnými jazzovými soubory. Abstract:
This work deals with Czech jazz drummers of the 20th century, their predecessors and the development of jazz in the Czech Republic and around the world. It maps drummers working in the then Czechoslovak Republic, including Slovakia born and some foreign.
