Labour Law and Labour Relations in the Czech State Administration and their Further Development
Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám úpravou pracovněprávních vztahů v resortu Ministerstva vnitra se zaměřením na skupinu policistů a skupinu občanských zaměstnanců. Poukazuji na pracovněprávní vztahy manažerů a sleduji harmonizaci pracovního práva.
Abstract:
My Bachelor thesis is focused on the regulations of labour-law relations within the scope of Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic, addressing mainly a group of policemen and group of civil employees. I refer to labour law relations of managers and monitor labour law harmonisation process
