Diagnosis and Therapy of the Sole of the Feet of Children at Younger School Age

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci jsem analyzoval stav plosek nohou u vybrané skupiny dětí mladšího školního věku, kteří se věnují atletice či sportovnímu aerobiku. V mé práci jsem se věnoval především poznatkům s tématikou plosky nohy, dětí mladšího školního věku, anatomií nohy, příčné a podélné klenby a obuvi. V praktické části jsem analyzoval stav nožní klenby u vybraných probandů pomocí diagnostického přístroje PodoCam a následně vyhodnocoval plantogramy podle vizuální plantografické metody dle Čiháka (2011). Na základě změřených hodnot jsem aplikoval pohybovou terapii na skupinu probandů s odchylkou od fyziologického postavení nohou. Z výsledků pre a post měření jsem vyvodil důsledky o vhodnosti aplikace cílených cvičení a režimových opatření v tomto věku.

Abstract:

In my bachelor thesis, I analyzed the condition of the soles of the feet in a selected group of children of younger school age who are engaged in athletics or sports aerobics. In my work, I focused mainly on knowledge on the sole of the foot, children of younger school age, the anatomy of the foot, transverse and longitudinal arches and shoes. In the practical part, I analyzed the condition of the foot arch in selected probands using the PodoCam diagnostic device and then evaluated the plantograms according to the visual plantographic method according to Čihák (2011). Based on the measured values, I applied movement therapy to a group of probands with a deviation from the physiological position of the legs. From the results of the pre and post measurements, I drew conclusions about the appropriateness of applying targeted exercises and regime measures at this age.
