Práce se zabývá rozdílem v dani z příjmu fyzických osob ze závislé činnosti v letech 2007, 2008, 2020 a 2021. Cílem této BP je analyzovat dopad změn vybraných konstrukčních prvků na daňové zatížení zaměstnanců v letech a následně zjistit, ve kterém roce tato daň nejlépe plnila fiskální a redistribuční funkci. The thesis deals with the difference in personal income tax (PIT) paid by employees in 2007, 2008, 2020 and 2021. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the impact of changes in elements of Tax design of employee income tax on their tax burden in years and then find out in which year this tax met the best fiscal and redistribution function.
