Abstract:
Zpracovaná diplomová práce se zabývá dalším vzděláváním porodních asistentek v rámci krajské nemocnice. Cílem práce je, prostřednictvím analýzy vzdělávacího konceptu nalézt nedostatky v konceptu a navrhnout doporučení. Práce má tři části. První, teoretická část, se zabývá vzděláváním zaměstnanců, lidskými zdroji a jejich řízením, rozebírá jednotlivé fáze vzdělávacího procesu a metody vzdělávání. Další …more

The diploma thesis deals with the next education of midwives of regional hospital. Throught the analysis of education conception recommendations are stated. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with human recourses, the employees’ education, analyses phases of the education process and methods of education.
