Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá aplikací matematického programování v praxi. Předmětem této bakalářské práce je aplikace úlohy lineárního programování, nutričního problému, do prostředí školního stravování. This bachelor thesis deals with the application of mathematical programming in real data application. Specifically, it is nutritional problem that is defined in the environment of school cafeteria.
