Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou výcviku personálu v zařízení sociálních služeb z pohledu interních komunikací. V teoretické části je popsána problematika sociálních slu-žeb. Důraz je kladen především na teorie řízení lidských zdrojů, základních personálních činností a propojení poznatků z komerčního řízení do neziskové organizace v návaznosti na standardy kvality sociální služby. Významnou oblastí je motivace a s ní spojené interní ko-munikace v organizaci. V praktické části je řešena otázka výzkumné sondy a možnosti vyu-žití zjištěných skutečností v organizaci. Projektová část již řeší komunikační strategii v or-ganizaci na základě zjištěných skutečností.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with the problems of social services within an entity from the point of view of internal communications. In its theoretical part, there are problems of so-cial services described, where the problems of theory of management of human sources, basic personal activities and introduction of the items of information from the commercial management into a nonprofit organization are stressed. In connection with the standards of the quality of the given social service, an important area there is motivation together with the internal communication within the organization. In the practical part, the communication strategy within the organization on the basis of the realities found is being solved.
