Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice rozvodu manželství. Teoretická část je zaměřena na instituci manželství, jeho funkce a význam. Detailně popisuje rozvod manželství, včetně všech důsledků, které jsou s ním spojeny. This Diploma Thesis deals with the issue of divorce rate. It concentrates on psychological, social and economic impacts of a divorce on men and women separately.The theoretical part focuses on both ? marriage with its functions and then in more details it describes the divorce of marriage including all stumbling blocks coming with it.
