Ve své diplomové práci nazvané Optimalizace řízení a organizační struktury Okresní sprá-vy sociálního zabezpečení Bruntál jsem se zaměřil na způsob řízení orgánů veřejné správy, zejména na uplatnění různých modelů řízení dle managementu kvality.
