There are three parts in this paperwork. The first theoretical part focuses on primary problems about defects and disorders of buildings an its remediation, rebuilding or reconstruction. It evaluates what benefit the reconstruction will bring to the future value and price. After that, it estimates the rentability of the reconstruction. Práca sa skladá z troch častí. Prvá časť je teoretická kde sa vymedzujú základne pojmi a problematika vzniku vád a porúch na budovách a ich následná sanácia, oprava čiže rekonštrukcia. Zhodnocuje sa aký prínos má rekonštrukcia objektu na budúcu hodnotu, cenu. Ďalej sa zhodnocuje rentabilita rekonštrukcie.
