Závěrečná práce je zaměřená na poskytování psychické první pomoci sekundárně zasaženým na místě zásahu zdravotnickou záchrannou službou. Teoretická část seznamuje s pojmem stres, krize, krizová intervence, intervent. Popisuje současnou situaci v provádění této služby složkami integrovaného záchranného systému. The master thesis deals with providing onsite psychological first aid to the affected persons in place of intervention by ambulance service team. The theoretical part explains concepts of stress, crisis, crisis intervention, intervention specialist. It describes the current situation in providing this service by the integrated rescue system.
