Bakalárska práca je zameraná na stručnú charakteristiku Spoločnosti s ručením obmedzeným, ktorá má pomerne jednoduchú štruktúru a umožňuje účelné skĺbenie kapitálu a osobných schopností spoločníkov vytvoriť tak predpoklady pre efektívne podnikanie.
