Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na téma fluktuace zdravotnických záchranářů z pracovišť intenzivní péče. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of paramedics of fluctuation reasons from intensive care units. It is divided into the theoretical and practical part.
