Tato diplomová práce pojednává o právní úpravě řízení o přestupcích. Předně se zaměřuje na obecnou hmotněprávní úpravu přestupků a zařazení přestupků do kategorie správních deliktů. Následuje podrobná analýza problematiky spojené s materiální stránkou přestupku. This diploma thesis deals with the legal regulations of administrative delict proceedings. The first part is focused on the general substantive delict regulations and the inclusion of offences in the category of administrative delicts.
