Employee benefits in the company Canis Safety a.s. as a motivating factor

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na téma benefity v organizaci Canis Safety a.s. jako motivační faktor zaměstnanců. První část práce se zabývá tématy motivace a její definice a motivace zaměstnanců. Další kapitolou je odměňování zaměstnanců. Ta obsahuje systém a formy odměňování a zaměstnanecké benefity, jejich legislativu, druhy a změny v roce 2024. Další částí je kapitola organizace Canis Safety a.s. a její benefity. Praktická část tak obsahuje výzkum v této organizaci, metoda výzkumu je kvantitativní. Výzkumnou technikou je dotazník vlastní konstrukce, kterého se zúčastnilo 477 zaměstnanců firmy. V práci jsou stanoveny výzkumné otázky, výzkum na ně hledá odpovědi. Navrhovaná opatření jsou v oblasti zavedení nových druhů benefitů, změny benefitů na Slovenských pobočkách a lepší informovanost v oblasti benefitů.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the topic employee benefits in the company Canis Safety a.s. as a motivating factor. The first part of the thesis describes the topics of motivation and in more detail employee motivation. The next chapter is remuneration of employees, it contains the system and forms of remuneration and employee benefits. Also its legislation, types and changes in 2024. The next part is chapter of the organization Canis Safety a.s. and its benefits. The analytical part includes research in this organization, the research method is quantitative. The research technique is a self-constructed questionnaire, in which 477 employees participated. The research questions are set, research is looking for answers to them. The proposed measures are in the area of introducing new types of benefits, benefit changes in Slovakian branches and better awareness in the area of benefits.
