Nursing Process in Care of Child with Burns

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce má téma ošetřovatelský proces u dítěte s popáleninami. Zaměřuje se na základní principy popálenin, první pomoci a léčbu popálených ploch. Zabývá se také vývojem dětí. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá problematikou popálenin, důvody jejich vzniku, rozsahem a hloubkou poškození kůže, první pomocí a léčbou popálenin. Poslední kapitolou teoretické části je biopsychosociální vývoj dětí; navazuje třetí kapitola s názvem Ošetřovatelský proces u dítěte s popáleninami. Praktická část se zabývá vytvořením ošetřovatelského procesu u popáleného dítěte, jehož plány vychází z ošetřovatelských diagnóz z NANDA International Taxonomie II a diagnózy se vztahují na potřeby popáleného dítěte. Jednotlivé diagnózy obsahují ošetřovatelské intervence a cíle. Cílem je vytvořit ošetřovatelský proces u dítěte s popáleninami a stanovit ošetřovatelské diagnózy, vhodné cíle a intervence. Abstract:

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to create a nursing process in care suitable for child who suffered burns. The thesis focuses on basic principles, first aid and treatment of burns, as well child development. It consists of two parts; theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with issues associated with burns in child, the cause of these burns, the extent and various levels of skin damage, first aid and treatment. The theoretical part also covers biopsychosocial development of child. The practical part, on the other hand, focuses on creating a process suitable for child with burns. This process is based on NANDA International Taxonomie II diagnoses, which are relevant to the needs of child who suffered burns. Individual diagnoses consist of multiple interventions and goals. The aim of this thesis is to create a nursing process suitable for child who suffered burns, establish diagnoses, achievable goals and appropriate interventions.
