Specifics of road motor transport

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce ,,Specifika silniční motorové dopravy‘‘ je analýza fungování asistenčních služeb, odtahových služeb a porovnání produktů poskytovaných pojišťovnami k asistenčním službám. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část se zabývá teoretickým vymezením problematiky silniční dopravy, nehodovosti a příčin nehod. Také zahrnuje stanovení významu asistenčních služeb s popisem jednotlivých produktů nabízených pojišťovnami. Druhá část je zaměřena na představení České asociace asistenčních služeb, konkrétních odtahových služeb a firem sdružující pojišťovny do jednotného dispečinku. V závěru druhé části je provedena analýza fungování asistenčních služeb od samotného vzniku nehody, přes komunikaci s klientem až po přidělení zakázky konkrétní odtahové službě. Získaná dat od každého z klientů byla použita k vyhodnocení slabých míst, ke zlepšení fungování a rychlosti odstraňování nehod.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis "Specifics of road motor transport" is the analysis of the functioning of assistance services, towing services and comparison of products provided by insurance companies to assistance services. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part deals with the theoretical definition of road transport, accident rates and causes of accidents. It also includes the determination of the importance of roadside assistance services with a description of the different products offered by insurance companies. The second part focuses on the introduction of the Czech Association of Assistance Services, specific towing services and companies that bring together insurance companies into a single dispatch centre. At the end of the second part, an analysis of the functioning of assistance services is made, from the actual occurrence of the accident, through communication with the client to the assignment of the contract to a specific towing service. The data collected from each of the clients was used to evaluate the weak points, to improve the functioning and the speed of accident clearance.
