Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na racionalizaci procesu nákupu a identifikaci klíčových rozdílů, které lze využít pro dosažení lepších výsledků v oblasti nákupu. Práce obsahuje analýzu formy nákupu v minulosti a srovnání se současnou situací, aby bylo možné identifikovat nedostatky současného nákupního procesu. Na základě tohoto srovnání jsou navržena opatření k racionalizaci procesu nákupu a zlepšení jeho výkonnosti. Práce se také zabývá identifikací hlavních rozdílů mezi minulostí a současností, které lze využít k dosažení lepších výsledků v oblasti nákupu. Cílem této práce je přispět k lepšímu porozumění procesu nákupu a poskytnout praktické návody pro racionalizaci tohoto procesu v organizacích.

Abstract:

This work focuses on optimizing the purchasing process and identifying key differences that can be used to achieve better purchasing results. The work contains an analysis of the form of purchase in the past and a comparison with the current situation to identify the shortcomings of the current purchase process. Based on this comparison, measures are proposed to optimize the purchasing process and improve its performance. The thesis also deals with the identification of the main differences between the past and the present, which can be used to achieve better results in the field of procurement. The goal of this work is to contribute to a better understanding of the purchasing process and provide practical guidelines for optimizing this process in organizations.
