Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je analýza základních konstrukčních prvků daně z přidané hodnoty na základě její zákonné úpravy. Práce se zaměří také na úpravu daně v rámci intrakomunitárních obchodů a na harmonizaci této daně.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is analysing the basic structural element of value added tax based on its legal act. The thesis will focus on application of this tax in intra-Community trade and on harmonization of this tax.
