Diplomová práce je věnována tématu Majetku obcí v právní úpravě, vnitřních předpisech a judikatuře. Práce se v úvodu zabývá charakteristikou a vymezením obecných pojmů Diplomová práce se v úvodu odvíjí od charakteristiky a vymezení obecných pojmů z oblasti majetku obcí včetně krátkého historického exkurzu a vymezuje a rozděluje obecní majetek. Abstract:
The thesis is dedicated to property of municipalities in legal regulation, internal regulation and practise of the courts. In this thesis there was described contemporary state of the relevant law in municipal property realm, it pointed out potentional problematic items and suggested possible changes in the relevant law.
