Social Deviation and Illegal Acts

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem sociálních deviací a protiprávního jednání. V úvodu se věnuje samotnému jevu sociálních deviací, vymezuje jejich pojem, členění a prvky. Dále zachycuje a rozebírá vybrané teorie vzniku sociálních deviací. V další části je věnována vztahu sociálních deviací a protiprávního jednání a tento vztah je dále demonstrován na příkladu domácího násilí. V části věnované domácímu násilí se práce zabývá zejména jeho charakteristikou, jeho postavením ve společnosti a způsobu vývoje vnímání domácího násilí samotnou společností. V závěru se práce zaobírá postavením domácího násilí v systému práva.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with relationship of social deviance and infringement. The introduction is dedicated to the phenomenon of social deviance, defines the concept, structure and elements. It also captures and analyzes selected theories of social deviance. The following section is devoted to the relationship between social deviance and infringement, which is further demonstrated on the example of domestic violence. The part devoted to domestic violence deals mainly with its characteristic, position in society and how to develop the perception of domestic violence by society itself. In conclusion, the thesis focuses on the status of domestic violence in the legal system.
