Tato diplomová práce se zabývá systémem Microsoft Dynamics CRM, který je určen pro řízení vztahů se zákazníky, a technologií Microsoft Silverlight. Silverlight slouží k vývoji a spouštění RIA aplikací. Cílem práce je vytvoření Silverlight aplikace, která se bude spouštět z prostředí Dynamics CRM a umožní provádění pracovního postupu nad libovolným množstvím záznamů. This thesis deals with the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and Microsoft Silverlight technology. Dynamics CRM is used for customer relationship management, Silverlight enables development and running of RIA applications.
