Hluk je jedním ze zdrojů znečištění životního prostředí. Vystavení nadměrnému hluku způsobuje negativní dopad na lidský organismus a jeho fyzické a duševní zdraví. Diplomová práce za zaměřuje na pozice obcí v oblasti právní ochrany před hlukem. Obce k ochraně před hlukem přispívají vydáváním obecně závazných vyhlášek, kterými zabezpečují místní veřejný pořádek. Noise is one of the pollution sources for the enviroment. Exposure to excessive noise causes negative effects for the human body and both its physical and mental health. The thesis concentrates on the position of municipalities in the area of legal noise protection.
