Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na inovace služeb ve zvoleném podniku cestovního ruchu konkrétně organizovaných jednodenních výletů. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením pojmů spojených s tímto tématem. Jde zejména o pojmy trh cestovního ruchu, služby cestovního ruchu, cestovní agentura a inovace. V aplikační části je nejprve představena cestovní agentura společně s jejími službami. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou zjištěny zákaznické preference a očekávání od nabídky organizovaných jednodenních výletů, na jejichž základě byly pomocí řízeného rozhovoru zjištěny skutečnosti potřebné k realizaci nové nabídky. V metodě pozorování jsou uplatněny poznatky z odborné praxe o celkovém chodu společnosti a nabídce organizovaných jednodenních výletů. Na základě metod sběru dat jsou v diskusi výsledků zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky a v návrzích opatření rozpracována nová nabídka jednodenních výletů včetně její kalkulace a způsobu distribuce.

Abstract:

Bachelor´s thesis is focused on the innovation of services in selected tourism company specifically organised day trips. Theoretical part deals with the explanation of the terms related to this theme. It is mainly about the terms such as tourism market, tourism services, travel agency and innovation. The travel agency is introduced with its services in the application part. By questionnaire survey are find out customer preferences and expectations from the offer of organised day trips, on the basic of which a controlled interview was able to indentify the facts which are necessary for realization of the new offer. Knowledge from the professional practice about the overall operation of travel agency and offer of the organised day trips are applied in the method of observation. Based on data collection methods research questions are answered in discussion of results and new offer of the day trips including calculation and distribution method is developed in proposals for action.
