Obsahem práce je zmapování alternativních trestů podle platné právní úpravy a dostupné literatury. Detailně se zaměřuje na nově zavedený institut trestu domácího vězení. The content of the work is to map the alternative punishments in accordance with the current legislation and the available literature. Work is focused in closer to the new institute of home arrest.
