This thesis deals with the legality and social acceptance of two selected categories of psychoactive drugs (alcohol and psychedelics), which lie at opposite poles of social acceptance. An important part of the manifestation of social acceptance is the system of law, which allows legal regulation to be seen as part of expressions of social acceptance.
