Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dekubitů u pacientů v léčebně dlouhodobě nemocných. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je porovnat hojení dekubitů u pacientů s aplikací klasického a vlhkého hojení ve zdravotnickém zařízení. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Z části teoretické a empirické. V teoretické části se práce zabývá základními pojmy, jako je stáří a stárnutí, dekubity, jejich příčiny, prevence a léčba. Empirická část je rozdělena na hlavní cíl a dva dílčí cíle. Hlavním cílem je porovnat hojení dekubitů s aplikací klasického a vlhkého hojení. Prvním dílčím cílem je zjistit, jaký je rozdíl mezi cenou klasického a vlhkého hojení při příjmu pacienta a druhým dílčím cílem je zjistit, jaký je rozdíl ve spotřebě materiálu mezi těmito druhy hojení. Ke shromažďování materiálu byla zvolena metoda retrospektivní analýzy dat - vyhledávání a porovnávání dostupných dat a informací v dokumentaci. Data byla následně zpracována a na základě získaných výsledků je zpracována diskuse a závěr. Tato práce poukazuje na odlišnost hojení dekubitů a to mezi metodami klasického a vlhkého hojení v léčebně dlouhodobě nemocných.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with problems of decubitus in patients in the long-term hospital. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare healing of decubitus in patients with application of classical and humid healing in the health care facility. The work consists of two parts in the theoretical part the thesis deals with basic concepts such as age and aging, dekubitus and their causes, prevention and treatment. The empirical part is divided into the main objective and two sub-objectives. The main objective is to compare healing of decubitus with the application of classic and wet healing. The first sub-goal is to find out what is the difference between the cost of classical and damp healing at patientis intake and the second partial goal is to find out what the difference in material consumption between these types of healing is. A survey method has been selected to collect data - search and compare available data and information in the documentation. The data was then processed and on the basis of obtained results the report was processed and concluded. This work points to the difference in healing of decubitus between the two methods classical and wet healing in the long-term hospital.
