NMR study of supramolecular interactions of transition metal complexes with cavitands

In this thesis we the study reaction of platinum complexes that show potential anticancerous effects, with cavitands. Cavitands can encapsulate platinum compounds and thus reduce its undesirable side effects in organism. V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme studiu reakcí kavitandů platinových komplexů, které vykazují potenciální protirakovinotvorné účinky s kavitandmi. Kavitandy dokáží platinové léčiva obklopit a tím potlačit jejich nežádoucí účinky v organismu.
