Disertační práce je zaměřena na historicko-právní analýzu naší nejstarší právní knihy zv. Rožmberské. Jejím cílem bylo zohlednit při zhodnocení tohoto pramene všechna rukopisná dochování této právní památky a za využití všech pomocněvědných i právněhistorických metod ukázat cestu pro interpretaci našich nejstarších právních knih. Abstract:
The dissertation is focused on the legal-historical analysis of the unique medieval source - the so called Book of Rosenberg. By the interpretation was reflected all relevant manuscripts of this Book. The aim of the dissertation was to answer following questions: date and environment of origin and designation of compiler.
