Práce je zaměřena na specifické podmínky uchazečů o zaměstnání u HZS ČR. V úvodní části se budu věnovat samotnému specifickému výběru uchazečů o zaměstnání u HZS ČR. S nástinem predispozic, které musí uchazeč splňovat. A následné analýzy možného profesního rozvoje
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on specific counditions of applicants for employment with Fire Brigade Rescue Team of Czech Republic. In the introductory past I pay particular attention to specific selection of applicants for employment with ooutlines of prerequisites that applicants have to meet. And subsequient analysises of possible profession development
