Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovit objektivizovanou hodnotu společnosti Kofola a. s. k 1. 1. 2014 s pomocí veřejně dostupných zdrojů a dat, která by mohla být podkladem pro jednání o jeho tržní ceně. Ocenění bude provedeno pomocí výnosové metody DCF entity. Součástí práce bude strategická analýza relevantního trhu, analýza konkurence a stanovení tempa růstu tržeb. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to determine the objectified value of the company Kofola as of 1. 1. 2014 using publicly available sources and data that could be the basis for negotiations on its market price. Valuation will be made using the method DCF entity. Part of the work will be strategic analysis of the relevant market, analyze the competition and determine the pace of sales growth.
