Abstract:

VELENOVÁ Sarah, DiS. Ošetřovatelský proces u pacienta po transperitoneální nefrektomii pro tumor ledviny. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Karolina Moravcová, Ph.D. Praha. 2021. 58 s. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ošetřovatelským procesem u pacienta po transperitoneální nefrektomii pro tumor ledviny. Bakalářská práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část bakalářské práce proniká do problematiky tumoru ledviny a charakteristiky tohoto onemocnění. Jsou zde dále popsány hlavní příčiny a klinické příznaky tumoru ledviny, diagnostika a terapie zhoubného nádorového onemocnění ledvin. V poslední řadě teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje chirurgickou léčbu pohledem všeobecné sestry, respektive péče o pacienta před výkonem, během výkonu a po výkonu. Praktická část zahrnuje ošetřovatelský proces u vybrané pacientky po transperitoneální nefrektomii pro karcinom ledviny při hospitalizaci na urologickém oddělení. K vypracování plánu ošetřovatelského procesu je zvolen model podle Marjory Gordonové nazvaný „Model funkčních vzorců zdraví“. Tento koncepční model obsahuje 12 oblastí, které představují funkční nebo dysfunkční vzorce zdraví pacienta. Tento model vymezí subjektivní a objektivní obtíže, které rozvede do aktuálních a potenciálních ošetřovatelských diagnóz podle NANDA I Taxonomie II 2015–2017. Na konci bakalářské práce je zmíněné celkové zhodnocení ošetřovatelské péče a jsou zrekapitulována doporučení pro praxi.

Supervisor: PhDr. Karolina Moravcová, Ph.D. Prague. 2021. 58 pages. This bachelor thesis discusses the nursing process in a patient with transperitoneal nephrectomy for a kidney tumour. The thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis permeates into the issue of kidney tumour and the characteristics of this disease. Further described are the main causes and clinical symptoms of kidney cancer, diagnosis and therapy of renal cancer. The last step of the theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis contains surgical treatment from the point of view of a general nurse, i.e., care of the patient before, during and after the procedure. The practical part includes a nursing process post transperitoneal nephrectomy in a chosen female patient with a kidney tumour during hospitalisation in the urology ward. The treatment plan for nursing care was chosen in accordance with Marjory Gordon’s “Functional Health Pattern Model". This conceptional model includes 12 areas of functional and dysfunctional models of a patient’s health. The model distinguishes between subjective and objective conditions, these are explored further into existing and potential nursing diagnosis according to NANDA I Taxonomy II 2015-2017. An overall evaluation of nursing care and a summary of practice recommendations is discussed in the final part of the thesis.
