Cieľom diplomovej práce je zhodnotiť prístup k spoločenskej zodpovednosti vybraného podniku Lidl. Teoretická časť vymedzí charakteristiku konceptu spoločenskej zodpovednosti, popíše tri piliere CSR, predstaví zainteresované strany a ponúkne kritický pohľad na tento koncept.
