Abstract:

Summary The theme of my Thesis is Voluntary activity and its concrete form in organization Wohlfahrtswerk for Baden Württemberg.The first aim of my thesis focuses on intelligible approach voluntary activities of the whole. It is also find the kinds of generaly motives, which could be aplicated on motives to young Voluntaries at Baden Württemberg. Its the core of my theoretical part of my thesis. In practical part of my thesis it is presented the course of the program. The third aim is comparison the general motives of Voluntaries with the concrete motives of young Voluntaries of the Programme Voluntary social year. In this third part there is also identify progress number of Voluntaries in the period 2002 2005. The knowledges of my thesis could come to the conclusion, that the motives of Voluntaries who are accepted to the Voluntary programme, are usually right motives. The number of the Voluntaries in the years of 2002 2003 are increasing. The partial indicators the number of man and women are also increasing. The number of foreigners, are increasing. This thesis could be contribution for men who are interested in role of Volunteer in Germany and for young people who are thinking about the possibillity of the voluntary activity.

Abstract:

Anotace: Téma mé bakaláské práce zní Dobrovolnická innost a její konkrétné forma v organizaci Wohlfahrtswerk pro Baden Württemberg. Prvním cílem mé práce bylo srozumiteln piblížit dobrovolnickou innost v jejím celku a vysledovat druhy obecných motiv, které by se daly aplikovat na motivy mladých dobrovolník v Baden Württemberg. Druhý cíl je pedstavení prbh programu.Tetím cílem mé práce je srovnání obecných motiv dobrovolník s konkrétními motivy mladých dobrovolník programu Dobrovolný sociální rok a dále zjištní vývoje potu dobrovolník v letech 2002 2005. Poznatky mé práce mohu strun shrnout tím, že motivy dobrovolník, kteí jsou pijati k dobrovolnickému programu, nejsou zpravidla motivy nepravými. Údaje potu dobrovolník v letech 2002-2003 vykazují v celkovém mítku stoupající hodnotu.. Má práce mže být pínosem pro lidi, kteí se zajímají o roli dobrovolnictví v Nmecku a pro mladé lidi, kteí o možnosti dobrovolné innosti pemýšlejí.
