Bakalářská práce se zabývá specifikem manažerské praxe v IT z pohledu různých typů firem. Sleduje uplatňování manažerských dovedností v různých prostředích a navrhuje vhodný soubor vlastností a kompetencí pro IT manažery.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the specifics of managerial practice in IT, from the various types of companies’ points of view. It monitors how managerial skills apply into different environments and suggests an appropriate set of features and competencies for IT managers
