Social Deviation and Ilegal Acts
Abstract:
V obecné části této práce jsem se zabývala sociálními deviacemi a jejich vztahem k protiprávnímu jednání. Jako konkrétní příklad sociální deviace a jednoho z možných vztahů k protiprávnímu jednání jsem si zvolila společenský jev prostituce. Rozebrala jsem jeho faktickou i právní situaci v České republice a Nizozemském království a v závěrečné části jsem je porovnala.
Abstract:
General part of this work is focused on social deviations and their relation to unlegal dealing. Specific part is dedicated to prostitution as a specific form of social deviation. Real and legal state of this phenomena is described and compared at the end of this work.
