Švarcsystém - social and economical impacts from the perspective of stakeholders

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ekonomickými a sociálními aspekty švarcsystému jako nelegálního způsobu sjednávání a odměňování práce. Jeho vlivem na odvody pojistného, daně z příjmů zaměstnanců a podnikatelů a následným dopadem na stát. Práce na modelových příkladech objasní princip tohoto systému, dále poukáže na jeho výhody i negativa působící na zainteresované strany. V praktické části se pomocí výzkumu pokusí najít odpověď na otázku, zda je v dnešní době švarcsystém stále využíván. Vlastní výzkum je zaměřen na živnostníky, malé a střední podniky ve strukturálně postiženém regionu severních Čech - šluknovském výběžku.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the economic and social aspects of the švarcsystem as an illegal method of negotiating and rewarding work. Its influence on the contributions of premiums, income tax on employees and entrepreneurs and consequent impact on the state. The model examples explain the principle of this system and indicates its advantages and negatives of the interested parties. In the practical part, the research will try to find an answer to the question of whether this method still being used nowadays. The own research is focused on tradesmen, small and medium-sized enterprises in the structurally affected region of northern Bohemia - Šluknov promontory.
