Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku poruchou polykání. Zabývá se polykacím aktem, jeho poruchami, typy dysfagií, etiologií, příznaky, diagnostikou, terapií a možnými důsledky poruch polykání. Věnuje se zejména výživě pacientů s poruchou polykání. Výzkumná část této práce zjišťuje, jaké faktory ovlivňují úroveň informovanosti všeobecných sester pracujících se seniory. Abstract:
My thesis is focused on problems with swallowing disorders. It is concentrated on swallowing act, swallowing disorders, types of dysphagia, etiologie, symptoms, diagnostics, therapy and its concequences. It is mainly about nutrition of pacients with swallowing disorders.
