Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění parametrů a optimalizaci analytické metody stanovení dusičnanů UV/VIS spektrometrií. The bachelor's thesis is focused on detection of parameters and optimization of analytical method for the determination of nitrates by UV / Visible spectrometry. The issue of nitrates, their origin in water, risks to human health and their determination in water by UV / Visible spectroscopy are generally described in the theoretical part.
