Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem Možnosti komunikace dětí s kombinovaným postižením raného věku je členěna na část teoretickou a empirickou a rozložena do pěti kapitol. Hlavním tématem práce je dítě s kombinovaným postižením v jeho rané fázi života, která představuje nejvýznamnější období pro utváření vztahů a vazeb ke svému okolí a tvoří základ počáteční komunikace. První kapitola se zabývá vymezením raného věku a popisuje zákonitosti jednotlivých etap raného vývoje, které se podílí na utváření vztahu dítěte k okolí. Následující kapitola se zabývá problematikou kombinovaného postižení a zaměřuje se na jeho charakteristiku, etiologii a také uvádí vhodné způsoby komunikace u dětí s kombinovaným postižením. Dominantním tématem třetí kapitoly je sluchové postižení ve spojení s dalším postižením, jež se zabývá popisem a zvláštnostmi podílejících se na rozvoji komunikace dítěte. Jedná se o kombinaci sluchového postižení s mentálním, duálním, tělesným postižením a poruchou autistického spektra. Čtvrtá kapitola představuje rodinu dítěte s kombinovaným postižením a zabývá se existencí a působením faktorů ovlivňující postoj rodiny ke komunikaci se svým dítětem. Pátou kapitolu diplomové práce tvoří empirická část, jejíž základ tvoří tři případové studie zaměřující se na utváření a způsob komunikace dítěte se sluchovým postižením ve spojení s jiným postižením. Výsledky výzkumného šetření představují východiska, která mohou být nápomocná odborníkům pečujících o dítě s kombinovaným postižením a jeho rodinu.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis titled Options of early age communication with multiple disabled children is divided into theoretical and empirical part and is divided into 5 chapters. The main theme is a child with multiple disabilities in its early stage of life, which represents the most important period for forming relationships and links to its surroundings and forming the base to the initial communication. The first chapter deals with defining an early age, and describes the laws of the various stages of early development, which is involved in the formation of the child's relationship to the environment. The following chapter deals with a combined disability and focuses its characteristics, etiology and also gives appropriate means of communication in children with multiple disabilities. The dominant theme of the third chapter is hearing impairment in conjunction with other disabilities, which deals with the description and peculiarities involved in the development of the child´s communication. It is a combination of hearing impairment with mental, dual, physical disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. The fourth chapter presents the family of a child with multiple disabilities and deals with the existence and the factors influencing the attitude of the family to communicate with their child. The fifth chapter of the thesis is the empirical part, the base consists of three case studies focusing on shaping a child's way of communicating with hearing disabilities in conjunction with other disabilities. Results of the research are the starting points, which may be helpful to professionals caring for children with multiple disabilities and their families.
