The Communication Strategy of the League of Human Rights on the Internet

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o neziskové organizaci Liga lidských práv, která se zabývá dodržováním základních práv v České republice a její komunikaci na internetu. Obsahuje stručné představení vzniku a historie organizace a jejího předmětu činnosti. Dále pak analýzu cílových skupin na internetu, analýzu segmentace trhu a analýzu corporate identity. V praktické části je na základě rozhovorů se zaměstnanci zpracována také SWOT analýza stávající komunikace na internetu a analýza komunikačních trendů zahraničních neziskových organizací. Projektová část obsahuje konkrétní návrhy na zlepšení komunikace organizace na internetu prostřednictvím webových stránek a sociálních sítí.

Abstract:

The work deals with the NGO League of Human Rights, which deals with fundamental rights in the Czech Republic and its communication on the Internet. It contains a brief history of the organization, its objects, analysis of the target groups on the Internet, analysis of market segmentation and analysis of corporate identity. In the practical part is prepared SWOT analysis of the existing communication on the Internet based on interviews with staff and analysis of communication trends of foreign NGOs. The project part contains concrete proposals for improving communication organizations on the Internet through websites and social networks.
