Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá procesem inkluzivního vzdělávání dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem na prvním stupni základní školy. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je zjistit názor pedagogů na vzdělávání dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem na prvním stupni základní školy. Teoretická část se zabývá migrací, inkluzivním vzděláváním, jeho legislativní úpravou, charakteristikou dítěte s odlišným mateřským jazykem. Dále popisuje pedagoga a jeho roli při vzdělávání, integraci dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem, do které je zahrnuta, jak role rodiny, tak i role školy, včetně vzdělávacích potřeb dětí. Praktická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na kvalitativní výzkum, kterého se budou účastnit pedagogové. Výzkum bude prováděn formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the process of inclusive education of children with a different mother tongue at the first stage of primary school. The main aim of the thesis is to find out the opinion of teachers on the education of children with a different mother tongue at the first stage of primary school. The theoretical part deals with migration, inclusive education, its legislative regulation, the characteristics of a child with a different mother tongue. It also describes the teacher and his role in the education, integration of children with a different mother tongue, in which he is included, both the role of the family and the role of the school, including the educational needs of children. The practical part of the thesis focuses on qualitative research, which will be attended by educators. Research will be carried out in the form of semi-structured interviews.
