Tématem práce je Ospravedlnění právní regulace masových médií. Práce se zabývá médii vysílacími se zaměřením na televizi jako na nejrozšířenější a nejvlivnější hromadný sdělovací prostředek. V práci přistupuji k tematice ospravedlnění právní regulace médií tak, že jejím cílem je zajistit fungování svobodných, nezávislých a pluralitních médií. The topic of the thesis is the justification of the legal regulation of mass media. The focus of the thesis is on the broadcasting media, and, to be more specific, the main focus is on television broadcasting.
