Quality Management Focusing on its Importance for the Company Faurecia Pilsen

Abstract:

Závěrečná práce se zabývá problematikou řízení kvality ve firmě podnikající v automobilovém průmyslu a zaměřuje se na význam řízení kvality pro veškeré činnosti a procesy ve firmě. Tato práce má ukázat praktické použití nástrojů řízení kvality, konkrétní možná úskalí a východiska či doporučení – na příkladu reálných zkušeností ve firmě. Práce si klade za cíl na základě aktuálních poznatků definovat požadavky kladené na současné systémy řízení kvality v automobilovém průmyslu, na základě praxe popsat konkrétní použití nástrojů řízení kvality a navrhnout další možná opatření a doporučení pro praxi. Práce ukazuje, jak se mění význam řízení kvality při implementaci projektů Průmyslu 4.0, a popisuje konkrétní příklady takovýchto projektů s důrazem na jejich význam pro řízení kvality. Práce obsahuje analýzu požadavků normy pro odvětví automobilové výroby, srovnání s aktuálními trendy a dedukci obecně aplikovatelných doporučení pro management kvality.

Abstract:

The thesis pursues the issue of quality management in a company running business in automotive industry, and focuses on the importance of quality management for the entire activities and processes in the company. This thesis is supposed to show the practical usage of the quality management tools, concrete possible difficulties and solutions or recommendations – on the example of real experiences in the company. The objective of the thesis is, based on the up-to-date findings, to define requirements for the current quality management systems, and based on the practices, to decribe concrete usage of quality management tools, and to suggest further possible measures and recommendations for the practice. The thesis shows the change of the quality management meaning in case of Industry 4.0 implementation, and it describes the concrete examples of such projects emphasising its importance for the quality management. The thesis includes analysis of the automotive industry standard requirements, comparison with contemporary trends and deduction of generally appliable recommendations for the quality management.
