Personnel activities in a small company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá personálními činnostmi v malém podniku, který má dvě provozovny v Liberci a Mladé Boleslavi. Cílem této práce je analýza personálních činností a jejich současné zhodnocení a identifikace slabých a silných stránek. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí – teoretické a praktické. V teoretické části, jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k danému tématu. Praktická část se zaměřuje na srovnání teorie s praxí (teoreticko-empirická metoda). V této části je představen podnik a jsou popsány a blíže analyzovány jednotlivé personální činnosti. Mezi použité metody patří rozhovor s majitelem podniku, analýza interních dokumentů a dotazníkové šetření zaměřené na zaměstnance. Na základě těchto metod jsou zjištěny silné a slabé stránky a navržena doporučení, jejichž realizace by mohla vést ke zlepšení personálních činností.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on the personnel activities in a small company, which has two facilities in Liberec and Mladá Boleslav. The aim of this work is to analyze personnel activities and their current evaluation and identification of weaknesses and strengths. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the topic. The practical part focuses on the comparison of theory and practice (theoretical-empirical method). In this section, the company is introduced and individual personnel activities are described and analyzed. The methods used include interview with the business owner, analysis of internal documents and questionnaire survey focused on employees. On the basis of these methods, strengths and weaknesses are identified and recommendations are made, the implementation of which could lead to improved personnel activities.
