Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vymezení vzájemných vztahů Ústavního soudu a Nejvyššího správního soudu. Práce je členěna na jedenáct kapitol. Druhá kapitola je věnována problematice vývoje správního soudnictví v České republice po roce 1990.
