Rigidita Trhu Práce v České Republice v Letech 2015–2022
Abstract:
Tato disertační práce si klade za cíl prozkoumat úroveň napjatosti trhu práce napříč regiony a porovnat jejich odvětvové rozdíly v letech 2015–2022. Lepší pochopení celkové těsnosti a rigidity pomáhá zavádět inkluzivnější politiku, včetně opatření nebo školení, která mají přilákat odrazované pracovníky zpět do pracovní síly.
Abstract:
This dissertation aims at exploring the labour market tightness level across regions and compare their sectoral differences from 2015-2022. A better understanding of the overall tightness and rigidity, aids to implement a more inclusive policy including measures or trainings to attract discouraged workers back into labour force.
