Abstract:

ANOTACE Název práce: Aktivizační služby v zařízení sociálních služeb pro seniory z pohledu pracovníků a klientů Autor: Ing. Lenka Chrobáková Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Kateřina Kubalčíková, Ph.D. Instituce: Masarykova univerzita Brno, Fakulta sociálních studií Počet slov: 17 974 (úvod – závěr) Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na jeden z aspektů poskytování sociálních služeb pro seniory, možného odlišného postoje pracovníků a klientů těchto služeb ke koncipování aktivizačních programů jako specifické formy intervence. V teoretické části je seznámení s pojmy, které souvisí s hlavní výzkumnou otázkou. Práce popisuje legislativu domovů pro seniory, nabídku služeb, základní terminologii a některé aspekty, které ovlivňují stárnutí jedince a aktivizační služby. Výzkum byl prováděn kvalitativně za pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s celkem 7 respondenty, a to klienty a pracovníky. Následně získaná data jsou interpretována v další části práce. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že klienti a také pracovníci mají kladný a pozitivní postoj k uvedenému pojetí, a to v tom smyslu, že aktivizační služby jsou potřebné, vyhledávané a využívané. V závěru práce je zodpovězena hlavní výzkumná otázka.

ANNOTATION Thesis title: The activation in social services for the elderly from perspective of the staff and the clients Author: Ing. Lenka Chrobáková Academic supervisor: PhDr. Kateřina Kubalčíková, Ph.D. Institution: Masaryk University in Brno, Faculty of Social Studies Basic words count: 17 974 (introduction – conclusion) The thesis is focused on one of the aspects of performing social services for elderly people, possible different attitude of emplyees and clients of these services to creating of activization programs as a specific form of intervention. The theoretical part contains definitions of the terms connecting to the main research question. The thessis describes legislation of homes for elderly people, offer of services, basic terminology and some aspects, which influence aging of indivudual and activization services. The research was performed qualitatively using emistructured interviews with 7 respondents altogether, among them clients and employees. The data obtained form this research are interpreted in the following part of the thesis. The result of the thesis is a finding, that clients as well as employees have positive attitude to described conception in the point, that activization services are necessary, demanded and used. The conclusion of the thesis answers the main research question.
