Comparison of Selected Construction Companies from Financial and Marketing View
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce v první řadě analyzuje stavební trh v České republice, včetně jeho dosavadního vývoje, a dále prostřednictvím vybraných finančních ukazatelů a marketingových aktivit porovnává tři významné stavební firmy, kterými jsou Skanska a.s., Metrostav a.s. a STRABAG a.s. Součástí práce je i celkové vyhodnocení a odhad budoucího postavení těchto firem na stavebním trhu v České republice.

This thesis primarily analyzes the construction market in the Czech Republic, including its previous development, and also through selected financial ratios and marketing activities compares three major construction companies, which are Skanska a.s., Metrostav a.s. and STRABAG a.s.
